Bonfire Dark Art agrees to grant the contract partner the exclusive, transferable and assignable use of the commissioned and/or purchased product granted in perpetuity for the usage of the contract partner in the form specified and agreed upon. Original artistic piece is still the property of Bonfire Dark Art and may be used in the creation of products not attributed to the contract partner. All altering and agreements in form of written communication is added to the stated Terms of Use.
Bonfire Dark Art retains all copyrights and moral rights attached to this image as well as creative property rights and artistic rights as the creator of purchased and/or commissioned product. All displays of product must be credited back to Bonfire Dark Art in form of a statement or link to social media account and or website. Altering in any form the purchased and/or commissioned product without consent of Bonfire Dark Art is strictly forbidden and will result in a voiding of contract.
The licensee holds Bonfire Dark Art harmless against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses claimed by a third party in relation to the use of this product.

This document is effective following immediately after the payment stated and agreed upon by the above party and Bonfire Dark Art. The final payment is due preceding the closing and agreement of the above stated criteria. IF a contract partner does not pay for the final and revised artwork, design or logo they are NOT allowed to use the stolen artwork in any way.
